An authentic adobo has no Pineapple. This could be a HUMBA. Not Adobo!
as a filipino we call it humba not adobo, traditional adobo have no pineapple just soy sauce, vinegar, lots of garlic, onion, peppercorn/bay leaves, sugar for balance and siling labuyo if you want to be spicy. 🙂
