I asked my search engine if I made stroganoff without mushrooms, could I still call it stroganoff and it said yes! LOL, I've made it over 70 yrs without mushrooms and I'm happy without them. More for everyone else, right? 😉

When it’s hot out and summer…..beef roasts….stroganoff….heavy foods get put away for fall…too hot to eat. I enjoy fruits and salads but got to put meat out for hubby
The second meal looks great…lemon is good on broccoli too!
If I dont forget some step or ingredient, I’ll forget some side I planned to have. 😮

Hi Mandy, I cook chicken vreasts in my crockpot all the time. If u add some chicken broth, they won't dry out during the cooking process. How much broth u add will depend on how long u are cooking them

I agree Mandy. Here in Maryland, it's been 99-100 with heat index 103-4. I will not turn oven and beside air fryer, got my slow cooker out and leaving on counter and these two appliances will be used for this summer heat. UGH! So thanks for thinking the same. 😊

All the years I have watched you I thought you were saying dub sauce not W sauce. Never understood why you said dub. Lol. When you say boil or bowl I think it sounds the same. I'm from Wisconsin and we draw out our vowels. Made my day to finally know it's W! Great recipes. Looking forward to trying them all.
