You don’t need any special equipment or skills, just one bowl and a whisk. The secret is to mix the apples with the batter and bake it in a greased pan. The result is a scrumptious apple pie that will impress your family and friends.

To make this apple pie, you will need the following ingredients:
✅INGREDIENTS:

Egg 3 pcs
Sugar 130 g
Salt 1/4 teaspoon
Milk 180 g
Melted butter 80 g
Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
Zest of one lemon
Juice of half a lemon
Flour 300 g
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Cinnamon 1 teaspoon

Filling:
Apple 4 pcs (600 g)
Juice of half a lemon

The preparation is very simple. Just follow these steps:
✅INSTRUCTIONS:

Beat 3 eggs into a bowl.
Add to them 1 pinch of salt and 150 g of sugar.
Mix everything with a whisk.
Add 180 ml milk and 80 g melted butter.
Mix everything until smooth.
Add the zest of one lemon and the juice of half a lemon.
Mix.
Add 300 g of sifted flour, one teaspoon of baking powder and one teaspoon of cinnamon
Mix the dough thoroughly until smooth.
Let’s prepare the filling.
Cut 4 apples into thin slices.
Add the juice of half a lemon to them and stir.
Add apples to dough.
Take a pie pan approximately 25cm*20cm in size.
Grease with butter.
Pour the dough into the mold and smooth it out carefully.
You can decorate the top with chopped walnuts or other nuts.
Place in the oven at 180°C for about 40-45 minutes.
Check readiness with a wooden skewer – it should remain dry.
When the cake is ready, let it cool slightly. The cake comes out of the mold easily.
The surface can be lightly greased with honey.
