I have a sweet tooth and I have diabetes so it makes it harder for me to stop eating sugar foods because I don’t want to get type two diabetes because I have the 1 diabetes 🍫
Heavy cream has fewer carbs and less sugar than Greek yogurt. White rice is very high carb. These are not low carb recipes, they're just no added sugar recipes.

Clickbait! There are no recipes in this video as the title says. When people ask where the recipes are in comments the channel ignores them with no answer. I clicked the "more" for info but is nothing but talk about how great the recipes that they don't give info how to get are.

as a diabetic myself i can say this, the bananas are a no go since they can raise you blood sugar fast and are something you would use for emergency when you have super low blood sugar levels. the ideas in the vid are a great idea but i recommend a little research on your own part first for some things.
