I think this would be more useful as a way to improve bad store bought croissants, which are a common problem, rather than use up leftover croissants which are really only going to be a problem for professional pastry chefs.

Bacon takes longer to cook than eggs so what temperature and how long in the oven ? I don't like raw rubbery bacon, it needs to have a lil crisp it so how would that be without overcooking the eggs ?
