Steak Tasting
-Canadian Prime Wet aged and 60 day Dry Aged NY Strips from two of my favourite butchers.
-Rubbed with kosher salt on a wire rack overnight for tenderization, even seasoning and better browning/crust.
-Grilled over charcoal and served with chimichurri, fresh baguette and a garlic butter and herb sizzle platter.
