🐔 3. CHICKEN BROTH SOUP:
4 chicken drumsticks
1 onion
2 carrots
2 cloves of garlic
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 liters of water
1 pinch of parsley (optional)
1 handful of vermicelli (1/2 tea glass, 1 tea glass = 100ML)
salt and pepper
2 tablespoons of butter (you will see that it tastes better if you use it)
