    ഞങൾ ഇത് ഉണക്കി പൊടിച്ച് വെച്ച് എല്ലാ പലഹരത്തിലും മിക്സ് ചെയ്യും.. break fast നും ,dinner ്ന് എല്ലാത്തിലും ചേർക്കും, വീട്ടിൽ ഇപ്പൊ വെളുത്ത പലഹാരം വല്ലപ്പോഴും കാണു… 😂
