INGREDIENTS FOR RECIPE NO. 1 (Pasta with chicken gizzards)
1.5 lbs chicken gizzards
200g Spaghetti pasta
1 small onion, sliced + another 1 small onion
1 tsp grated ginger + another 1 tsp
1 large tomato, finely chopped + another 1 large tomato
Salt and pepper to taste + a pinch of chicken powder or magic sarap
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp tomato paste
1/2 cups water
1/4 tsp chicken powder or magic sarap
Salt and pepper to taste
Parsley (optional)

INGREDIENTS FOR RECIPE NO. 2 (Air fryer fried chicken)
INGREDIENTS:
7 chicken drumsticks
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 and 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp onion powder
A pinch of chicken powder or magic sarap
1 small egg + 6 tbsp cornstarch
Half of 62g Crispy fry breading mix
