  1. Ingredients:
    Chicken: 1kg
    Rice: 500g
    Oil: 100ml
    Cinnamon: 2 sticks
    Cardamom: 3 pods
    Cloves: 4
    Ginger-Garlic Paste: 75g
    Onion: 500g, sliced lengthwise
    Tomato: 350g, sliced lengthwise
    Curd (Yogurt): 75ml
    Lemon: ½ (juiced)
    Coriander Leaves: ½ handful
    Mint Leaves: ¼ handful
    Green Chillies: 6
    Red Chilli Powder: 1 tsp (adjust to taste)
    Turmeric Powder: ¼ tsp
    Salt: As required

    Dum Cooking Method:
    Cook on low flame for 5 minutes, then allow it to rest, covered, for 10 minutes before opening.
