This Green Soother smoothie recipe packs a punch of sweet flavour, and some hidden good for you nutrients.
Ingredients:
2 Medjool dates, pitted
½ frozen banana.Peeled of course…
½ cup (125 mL) coconut water
½ cup (125 mL) ice, 2 cubes
½ cup (125 ml) greens, your faves.
2 Tbsp (30 mL) plain yogourt
1 tsp (5 mL) pure vanilla extract
Method:
Place all ingredients into a blender and liquify. Drink immediately!
Makes 1 3/4 cups (425 mL) – 1 serving

Have something like this every morning for breakfast and I don't eat again for 5-7 hours after it. Usually kale, apple, banana, Greek yogurt, soaked chia seeds, cocoa nibs, turmeric powder, ice, honey, coconut water with a dash of 3-6-9 oil:
