👉सामग्री / Ingredients
* आटा / Flour – 1 कप / 1 cup
* पानी / Water – जरूरत अनुसार / as needed
* जीरा / Cumin – 1 छोटा चम्मच / 1 tsp
* प्याज / Onion – 1, कटा हुआ / 1, chopped
* टमाटर / Tomato – 1, कटा हुआ / 1, chopped
* मैगी मसाला / Maggi Masala – 1 पैकेट / 1 packet
* सेज़वान सॉस / Schezwan Sauce – 1 छोटा चम्मच / 1 tsp
* तेल / Oil – 1 छोटा चम्मच / 1 tsp
* अतिरिक्त मसाले / Optional Spices – स्वाद अनुसार / as per taste
👉विधि / Method
1. आटा / Dough
आटा गूंथकर पतली रोटी बनाएं और गरम पानी में उबालें।
(Knead the flour into dough, roll into thin rotis, and boil in hot water.)
2. नूडल्स काटना / Cut Noodles
उबली हुई रोटी निकालकर गोल रोल बनाएं और पतली स्ट्रिप्स में काट लें।
(Take out the boiled roti, roll into a cylinder, and cut into thin strips.)
3. तड़का / Tadka
पैन में तेल गर्म करें, जीरा डालें, फिर प्याज और टमाटर भूनें।
(Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, then sauté onions and tomatoes.)
4. मसाला / Masala
थोड़ी देर पकने के बाद मैगी मसाला और सेज़वान सॉस डालें, स्वाद अनुसार और मसाले भी डाल सकते हैं।
(After some cooking, add Maggi masala and Schezwan sauce, and any other spices as per your taste.)
5. मिलाना / Combine
नूडल्स डालकर मसाले के साथ 2-3 मिनट तक अच्छे से मिलाएँ।
(Add the noodles and toss well with the masala for 2–3 minutes.)
6. परोसना / Serve
गरमागरम परोसें।
(Serve hot.)
