A quick recipe
🔥To a bowl add 1/2 cup soya, 1&1/2 cup hot boiling water and rest 10 min.
🔥Squeeze the extra water.
🔥To a chopper add 1 onion, 1 tomato, 1 green chilli, curry leaves, cumin 1 tsp, fennel seeds 1 tsp, soya and chop it.
🔥To a kadai add 2 tbsp oil, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, chopped soya onion mix and sauté for 5 min.
🔥Add 1 tbsp chilli powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/4 tbsp coriander powder, 1 tsp Garam masala, salt and mix well.
🔥Add 4 tbsp water cover and cook 5 min.
🔥Add coriander leaves and mix well.
🔥Spread dosa add egg and prepared soya masala.
🔥Add oil and cook both sides.
🔥Serve it hot.
