Epic 🔥🍖 Korean BBQ is the best 😋
How many restaurants don’t remove bone shards before serving I wonder…
Title is Korean BBQ and use a Japanese BBQ sauce😅
I'll take those over a steak any day. They are great while your grilling up everything else.
I like flanken steaks
That Japanese bbq sauce is great. They have different flavors but cant lose with the original. I make the short ribs the same way. If you cook them past two mins on a side you are in trouble.
Japanese bbq sauce?
Not a fan of banchan bbq sauce, doesn’t have a distinct flavor especially after cooking it down after time, it just end up tasting like some an in between of soy sauce and teriyaki. Any typical Korean bbq marinate beats it by a mile
Ahh the Japanese Korean relations on this video and history should be fun
If tou have to tell people to cook on a clean grill. They shouldn't be cooking ..
That’s real Korean. Stop appropriating other cultures. Also Korean LA Kalbi short ribs only have 3 bones not 4.
In German we say "BAUCHFLEISCH"
Aren't they tough this way? I've always cooked short ribs low and slow.
Amazing cuts of beef ribs, amazingly bad marinade. Use the authentic recipe my man.
I like the bone dust. Adds crazy flavor and makes a better crust
Korean bbq but cooks them with japanese sauce 😳
>"korean style BBQ ribs"
>"im using japanese barbecue sauce"
ok bro lmfao
nothing korean about it…
The good thing about this cut is you can season them however you want. Sir, I'm here to tell you, that is the good thing about every cut.
That's exactly how I cook them! Bachan's is so good! Sometimes, I throw a little mirin in with it to kind of do a teriyaki of sorts
Called Tabitha’s sir
Become hungry 101
Looking good❤
If wanna divide em up after cooking, use scissors!
