That Japanese bbq sauce is great. They have different flavors but cant lose with the original. I make the short ribs the same way. If you cook them past two mins on a side you are in trouble.

Not a fan of banchan bbq sauce, doesnât have a distinct flavor especially after cooking it down after time, it just end up tasting like some an in between of soy sauce and teriyaki. Any typical Korean bbq marinate beats it by a mile
