  1. Steamed ragi chocolate cake❣️No refined sugar no eggs, and no oven 🌿❌
    This is the simplest cake you can make in just 30 minutes. It has ragi, no eggs and is super simple to make even for those who can't even know baking. No mixing bowl is also needed.
    1. In a mixer jar, add 1/2 cup ragi flour, 2 tbsp wheat flour , 2 tbsp cocoa powder
    2. Add 1/2 cup brown sugar or jaggery powder, 2 tbsp oil, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp baking soda.
    3. 1/3 cup curd, 1/2 cup milk , vanilla extract and pulse it, don't grind too much
    4. In a cup or bowl just grease with oil, and pour it 3/4 th quantity. Add a dark chocolate in a cup. Steam in a steamer or idly pot for 15-20 mins. It comes out spongy and fluffy. The chocolate will melt and comes out beautiful. Serve ! Enjoy!!
