✨ सामग्री | Ingredients
* 🍞 Bread slices (ब्रेड स्लाइस) – 4
* 🧈 Ghee (घी) – थोड़ा
* 🍬 Sugar (चीनी)n – थोड़ी
* 💧 Water (पानी) – थोड़ा
* 🌼 Kesar (केसर) – चुटकी
* 🌿 Elaichi (इलायची) – 1
* 🥛 Milk (दूध) – 1 कटोरी
* 🟢 Pista (पिस्ता) – थोड़ा
👩🍳 विधि | Steps
1. सबसे पहले ब्रेड की किनारी काट लो ✂️
First, cut the edges of the bread.
2. अब ब्रेड को बीच से दो हिस्सों में स्लाइस कर लो ➗
Slice the bread from the center.
3. एक तवे पर थोड़ा घी गरम करके ब्रेड को दोनों तरफ गोल्डन ब्राउन सेक लो 🧈🔥
Heat ghee on a pan and toast the bread till golden on both sides.
4. अब कड़ाही में चीनी, पानी, केसर और इलायची डालकर हल्की चाशनी बना लो 🍯
Add sugar, water, saffron, and cardamom in a pan and make a light syrup.
5. दूसरी कड़ाही में दूध डालकर गाढ़ा होने तक पकाओ और रबड़ी बना लो 🥛🍮
Cook milk in another pan until it thickens into rabdi.
6. अब सिकी हुई ब्रेड को चाशनी में हल्का सा डिप कर लो 🍞🍯
Dip the toasted bread lightly in syrup.
7. एक ब्रेड के ऊपर अच्छी सी रबड़ी फैलाओ 🤍
Spread thick rabdi on one slice.
8. ऊपर से दूसरी ब्रेड रखकर सैंडविच तैयार कर लो ✨
Place the second slice and make a sandwich.
9. आखिर में ऊपर से थोड़ी पिस्ता छिड़ककर सजा दो 🟢🌟
Sprinkle some pistachio on top to garnish.
