  1. People Wagyu is meant to be consumed as rare as you can tolerate. I personally like Rare for Wagyu/ Med-Rare for choice and prime cuts. This is a bit bluer than just rare but isn’t that far off. I still say Wagyu should be seasoned before cooking though. Tastes better imo, otherwise the meat is too buttery in taste.

  2. I actually like my higher quality steaks cooked like this and blue rare but if it’s a cheaper cut I like medium rare. I know just form looking at this it’s better then what you would get in most restaurants good job!
