You usually won't find these at local butcher shops because they're often saved for restaurants as they will pay good money for them.
These are the cuts that many of us will NEVER see in our lifetime. I can get a filet, a ribeye, etc… but I've never even heard of this.

Don’t like the flavor of this one! Much prefer skirt, flap, tritip and picana to this!
Easily my favorite cut. So flavorful and tender, if cooked over charcoal to medium rare.
