  2. My daughter & granddaughter came over this morning. They made 2 loaves of this bread to take home. It was fun. They loved it. Neighbors love it too. Need to make more.   4. I have made this two times now and love it. I made it once and tryed it again with walnuts crusded up in it and it also was great! Thanks for the easy way of doing it. Love it! p.s. Going for the 3rd time

  6. Since I commented on this FIVE days ago I have made this bread 3 times, the last one this morning before work. It's THAT quick and THAT easy AND THAT delicious! You can make it with or without the cornmeal and it is just so seriously easy and awesome. You are the new love of my life :-).

  7. I made this 2 days ago and i was pleasantly surprised how much it looked and tasted like a English muffin. The only disappointment was that the center of the loaf collapsed and sunk in. I used a Pyrex loaf pan, could this be why the bread sank? Any suggestions are appreciated.

    Just finished taking mine out of the oven and it didn’t rise all the way to the top of the pan after over an hour I know my yeast is good cause I made your sourdough discard and it rose and now it’s in the oven. Let you know when I cut the muffin bread

  12. Would this recipe translate well to the use of muffin rings? I gave up on making crumpets (a favorite in the area where I grew up just south of the Canadian border) but I still have half a dozen rings taking up space.
