Easiest lazy creamy mushroom sauce spaghettini noodle recipe ready to eat in 10 minutes! Seriously easy, simple, fast and yummy ๐
Ingredients:
2 Tbs oil
1/2 onion
3-4 mushrooms
Pinch of salt and pepper
Ham (I used turkey for this recipe but you can substitute with chicken or whatever protein you like)
Spaghettini
Parmesan cheese
Parsley
1 can cream of mushroom
1/2 can water

Growing up, my elders would boil macaroni pasta, drain, return to pot. Add 1 can of cream of mushroom. Accompanied with a slice of white bread. Not toasted or buttered. It was a meal. I still make it to this day. Nostalgia.
For all the cooking I do, it never once occurred to me to zhuzh up this recipe and add fresh mushrooms [and onions], both of which I love.
I am going to make this with all of the above plus garlic, soy sauce (like green bean casserole uses cream of mushrooms) and reserved pasta water. Maybe heavy whipped cream and various seasonings. Maybe a different pasta [shape].
I wonder what adding no heavy whipping crean, but sour cream, at the end, after the heat is turned off, like a Stroganoff, will do.๐ค too many hello fresh meals.๐
