    I am someone who likes thoum* with everything, however: you should try hommos bi tahini and/or tarator (tahini sauce) with the Arayes.

    *Garlic, 'thoum' in Arabic is written with, and pronounced with a 'th' letter. The Lebanese dialect has a notorious lisp where the 'th' sound is pronounced as: 'T' or 'D'.

    so 'thoum' becomes 'toum' and 'the culture' becomes 'da culture'.
