πŸ“ RECIPE – PRAWNS FRY (ANDHRA STYLE) πŸ“

INGREDIENTS:
β€’ Prawns (Peeled & Deveined) = 500 gm
β€’ Oil = 1/4 Cup = 60 ml
β€’ Onions = 2 Medium (finely chopped)
β€’ Green Chilli = 4 (slit vertically)
β€’ Ginger-Garlic Paste = 1 TBSP
β€’ Salt = 1 tsp + (1/2 tsp for Onions)
β€’ Red Chilli Powder = 1 TBSP
β€’ [ OPTIONAL ] Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder = 1 TBSP
β€’ Dhaniya Powder = 1 TBSP
β€’ Garam Masala = 1 tsp
β€’ Jeera Powder = 1/2 tsp
β€’ Pepper Powder = 1/2 tsp
β€’ Curry Leaves = handful
β€’ Lemon Juice = 1/2 Lemon

PROCESS:
β€’ Heat Oil in Kadai and keep stove on medium flame
β€’ Add [ Onions + 1/2 tsp Salt ]
β€’ Fry Onions till light golden brown
β€’ Add [ Ginger-Garlic Paste ]
β€’ Add [ Green Chilli ]
β€’ Fry well till oil separates.
β€’ Add [ Salt ]
β€’ Add [ Red Chilli Powder ]
β€’ Add [ Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder ]
β€’ Add [ Dhaniya Powder ]
β€’ Add [ Garam Masala ]
β€’ Add [ Jeera Powder ]
β€’ Add [ Pepper Powder ]
β€’ Fry little bit
β€’ Add [ Prawns ]
β€’ Mix Well
β€’ Keep lid for some time and fry till Prawns well cooked.
β€’ You can open lid and fry for some more time if you want full roasted prawns
β€’ Add [ Curry Leaves ]
β€’ Switch off stove
β€’ Add [ Lemon Juice ]

Note: Adjust Salt, Lemon, Red Chilli Powder as per your spice preferences.
