  1. using sea salt flakes in boiling water is insane, adding sea salt flakes into something that will desolve it is crazy, sea salt flakes are known as "finishing salt" as in you're supposed to sprinkle it over a finished dish. For pasta water USE TABLE SALT OR KOSHER SALT! Table salt costs about £0,078 per 100g, sea salt flakes costs about £2,14 per 100g

  2. for the poor people: most graters have fine graters on the side of them so used that or manually grind the garlic into a paste (dunno if its different I live in the UK) and you can get a bag of mixed mozzy and other cheeses for £2 (convert to your own currency) a head of garlic for (illegally) 1p if you weigh it as carrots at tescos or pay 50p if you don't want to be a garlic bandit to a company that employs children and had a slave labour lawsuit in 2016, pasta can range but you can buy it for about £1, used to be ab 30p but yknow, corporate greed! anyway follow directions as said in video, I fuckin hate capitalism and this has been a commie chef's rant about capitalism, enjoy!

  3. I veganized this recipe and it was great. Used nutritional yeast instead of the Parm, and made cashew cream in place of the cream. Daiya provalone added at the end… Very cheesy and very garlicky!

  4. Just wanted to say this was beautiful! I’m Nigerian so we love going over top with seasoning when we cook (which I love) so was skeptical if I would like this based on how simple the ingredients were. It was beautiful and my family loved it will be making again!

  5. I very much appreciate your explanations for why you do things a certain way and how they affect the dish. It's so hard to find (written) recipes that include those extra details, which I find help tremendously with ensuring whatever I am making is as good as it can be (and is also just fun to learn about). The information is truly invaluable, and as you've proven doesn't take long to explain. You've definitely made me a loyal subscriber <3

  6. I make my own creamy garlic pasta that I put my own bolognese on top. I cannot, CANNOT believe how much butter and cream you use here. You use maybe 10 times more than me, you cannot eat meals like this on a regular. Pasta water, a bit of strong cheese go an insanely long way to looking after your health. This is restaurant cooking (nice but it will kill you).

  7. All Stores 900,000 Please Lower the price of all Brands of Military Equipment and Local for All Brands of Pasta Sauce Products and Production Cost Now 900,000 That's Too Much $$ 900,000 Now The Whole World 900,000 Now 🙏 🤲 🕍 🕌 ⛪ 🛕

  8. WOW! The UK puts potato starch on their grated cheese? Here in the US we get cellulose on our cheese AKA wood pulp! Our food regulations and standards are tha best! Our CDC and FDA also did a bang up job of collecting and data and statistics during the pandemic. And they were really great about being transparent and sharing it all with the American public. The government here just loves us all so much and they’re totally trustworthy and reliable.
