  1. Thank you for this recipe – it was really easy to make. I put 2 anchovie fillets in with the olive oil, substituted the shalots for leeks as my store didn't have any. I also added broccoli florets instead of peas… My boyfriend loved it. Got seconds and took a serving to work.

  2. I made carbonara for the first time this week with actual pancetta and fresh parm and fully thought "Laura would be so proud of me!" 🤣🤣 I just planted my zucch seeds and cherry tomato starts out in the garden so I'm so excited to try out this primavera at the peak of summer! Always on the hunt for recipes that I can use my fresh produce (and my often overproductive herb garden) on 😆
