🥭 Recipe:

1 ripe mango, cubed
½ cup blueberries
1 heaped spoon of Greek yogurt
Milk (just enough to submerge the fruit)
2 pitted dates
1 tsp flax seeds + 1 tsp pumpkin seeds
Blend until smooth and creamy — and that’s it! This smoothie keeps me fueled without the stress of cooking or skipping meals.
