Sweet potato pie with streusel and some alternative crust like cookies seems better or graham crackers crust
Has anyone tried skipping the cocoa powder and using vanilla instead bc I’m used to a vanilla Oreo pie
Recipe #6-Classic Tiramisu: How do you justify using raw eggs in the recipe? I thought you were about to make a pastry cream, or cream Anglais. Would salmonella question not bother anyone trying this recipe? Waiting for your reply. Thank you.
Some of the desserts looked tasty, though I was surprised by some of the cheats used (pkg pudding mix). However the caramel flan should have been redone. The custard itself looks fine, but the caramel looks dreadful, like wormy bits? And the microwave chocolate pudding cake looked rather nasty though I suppose it might have tasted okay. The cheesy music was the most annoying part. I appreciated the complete lack of yapping and the primpy shiny faces. But, all in all, I give this a C-. Back to the drawing board, folks.
Rice Krispie Treats are, like, good, but stunning? Nah!

Also thank you for keeping the slightly cracked cheesecake!!!
THANK YOU for using a hand mixer rather than a stand mixer!!!!!!!❤ Edit: Mostly
Hang in there working people help is on the way! TRUMP 2024 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Definitely saved a few to my Recipe box. But I have to say, in no way does zucchini bread or banana bread qualify as dessert! Brunch or breakfast, that's it. 😂
While I appreciate the compilation I do think that the editor who decided to randomly scatter the ingredients for each recipe all over the page should be aptly fired. How irritating to try and match what is being added to sporadically placed names (for 2 seconds at the most). Does anyone at NYT Cooking even review this before it gets posted on YouTube? If you used subtitles/Closed Captions then we could overlook the incompetence of whomever managed production of this.
I miss Solah's commentary 😢
