Unfortunately, we Americans are the only ones not using the metric system which makes so much more sense. I learned both and bought measuring cups and spoons with both options. Kitchen scale, cups and spoons with all options under $20.
How well would a muffin pan work?
Thank you for sharing your recipe. I don’t usually make homemade breads as I don’t work with yeast successfully most of the time but I think I’ll try this recipe. I don’t mind doing conversions, I appreciate your video.
Nothing wrong using gram which is a metric system vs US Imperial Measurements System 😂😂
Where did the purchase the little aluminum pans and what are the dimensions?😊 looks soo good!!
If she squeezes that roll one more time I’ll go squeeze crazy ! 🤪
Too long, we don't need to see every minute of the process. Edit!
When are you people going to use ounces instead of grams, alot of your viewers don't understand that, that's why I dropped your video and wentnto another.
What size are those aluminum pans and did you grease the pans before baking the rolls?
Buns look so delicious I can smell them through my phone. 🎉😂❤

I make buns almost every day even now I am in Thailand. The recipe I use has 160gm milk to 250gm flour. I throw in a small bit of sugar and a bigger bit of salt and a squirt of oil. I cook 2 at a time in a frtying pan with another for a lid. I use a trivet to keep the buns off the bottom of the frying pan. 10 minutes on a lowish gas then 5 minutes in a 160° airfryer. Never fails.
I get 4 decent size buns of about 110gm or 6 smaller from the amount if dough I make.
Why the video is not working?
