Ingredients:
½ cup milk
4-6 oz vanilla Greek yogurt
½ cup frozen blueberries
½ frozen banana
¼ cup certified gluten-free old-fashioned oats
¼ tsp lemon zest
½ cup ice cubes
1 Tbsp Nate’s honey
Directions:
Add ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth then pour into a glass and enjoy.
