🥢 당근 수제비 레시피
재료:당근 1개,물 100ml,중력분300g,올리브오일 3T,소금약간,다시육수,애호박1/4개,감자1개,부추한줌,청양고추1개
1️⃣블렌더에 당근 + 물 넣고 곱게 갈아 당근스무디 완성.
2️⃣중력분, 올리브오일, 소금을 넣고 반죽 모드 23초 작동.
3️⃣최소 1시간 숙성 (하루 숙성하면 더 쫄깃).
4️⃣육수 끓는동안 애호박, 감자, 부추, 청양고추 손질하기
(수제비 양념장 간장3T, 청양고추1개,깨소금듬뿍,고춧가루약간 취향껏)
5️⃣육수가 끓으면 숙성된 반죽을 얇게 떠넣다가
감자,애호박등도 넣어요.
6️⃣부추는 마지막 불끄고 넣어야 향,색감이 살아요.

▪️재료 : 애호박,중력분,현미유, 다시육수
▪️수제비 반죽분량:애호박200g, 중력분 280g, 현미유50g,
1️⃣애호박,중력분,현미유를 분량대로 넣고 펄스 3~4번 으로 애호박 수분이 생기면 반죽모드 터치
(625모델은 반죽모드가 없기에 펄스기능으로 덩어리 지기 시작하면 수동1번으로 20~30초작동하세요.)
2️⃣수제비는 냉장고 1시간숙성
3️⃣다시육수 끓으면 수제비반죽 떠넣고 반떠넣은 후 감자,애호박넣어요.
