Heightened intuition smoothie:
1 cup coconut water
1 cup cilantro
1 mango
1/2 avocado
handful of ice
Place all in a blender and blend until smooth!
Get happy smoothie:
2 frozen bananas
1 cup coconut water
2 tbsp cacao nibs
1 cup mint leaves
Place in the blender and blend until silky smooth!
Cleanse and Glow smoothie:
1 cup parsley
1 tsp tumeric
1 cup pineapple
1 cup coconut water
1 small piece of ginger
juice of 3 lemons
Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth!
