Please stop with these bullshit titles. No food is going to help you lose belly fat only exercise will and exercise makes you lose weight everywhere not just one specific area. And if these smoothies help with bloating then that's not the same things as "belly fat". Please stop promoting self-love when you continue to make videos like these which capitalise on young girls' insecurities.

But they're really yummy
The title of this actually infuriates me! It just isn't possible to spot reduce fat… The only way to lose fat is to be on a calorie deficit whether it's through diet, exercise or both. Fat has to be lost all over and the sad truth is that the last place it's lost from is around the abdominal area.
