The “watermelon” bread… That is NOT the way to incorporate color in bread. Also, the amount of watermelon juice is plain useless. (Any amount will be a waste)

For the watermelon bread, I would have probably done the darker green with light green stripes, opposite what they did.
I’m wondering why they didn’t fully knead the color into the dough.. would that overdevelop the gluten?
