  1. I just tell people to add a quarter of a beet in with the smoothie to turn it pink, beets are so healthy and pink is such an attractive color it will make you think the fruity flavor matches the color.

Not just me my friends my neighbor she has personal trainer and told her no dairy explaining inflammatory belly fat she was misirable he hates meat loves yogurt looks great why this rules milk I get it but yogurt my husband told her to eat yogurt he is one of the best yoga instructors by now in the country and he nows all the athers for 10 ears he ate rice nuts seeds fruits veggies oils spices ones in a while fish I made him salmon tried gee did not like it o and green tee and matcha that’s it then he felt he wanted dairy now for 5 years he eats cottage cheese and fruits and honey 3 times a day dinner may be cheese instead nuts oils dark cook let rarely fruits veggies gust a little and feels fine and does yoga 2 hours every morning for himself and then with clients no inflamination no cleanses if he wants he can drink water for a month easily and two weeks no food no water not Easley doing it is easy for him after 4 days but coming out is hard if you come out the Wright way it’s wow if not it’s a meets mentally mostly brain is agitated aaaa it’s a horrible person for a while so in toys situation in the world and stress not the best time for extremes from my point of view.o so sorry I write too much.anyway thank you for your videos good work growing and helping athers grow and doing all this with fun

  3. Hi alyssia.my comment and request is not about smoothies.I loved this video tho healthy and tasty prune juice o yes! My request is please do a video about dairy plssss! I did my research and still confused .my body oi sometimes it’s like o no no cheese but lately I just crave it yes ok calcium low supplements yoda yada tried nope still want full fat cottage cheese yogurt and so on cheeses yes but we try not to have in your house become we are overdoing it aspesisly me. On New Year’s Day my brother send me from anathema town a basket of all kind of cheeses and nuts my husband ate nuts a lot but he has some portion control even binging rarely with me if I see cheese I can’t stop until there is no space in me and than I got up at night and ate the hole Bree and mozzarella :)but that’s just being human and fun after a few days:) my request is not just for me all of my friends are confused all doctors will tell you you need plain Greek yougurt period unless laktose intolerant all gurus holistic approach o no inflammatory I don’t get it why cottage cheese cream cheese yougurt are inflammatory cottage cheese coating yogurt healthy gut ok cheese just protein and tasty espasialy if in town we have home made cottage cheese and so on and I have been buying iall dairy when in town for 15 years from the same women and at the beginning even went to her farm and home to see if it was as clean as I like .why inflammatory? Gluten inflammatory so they say but you no what if I have food poisoning just something is of I don’t eat oats I might eat brown rice a few days but mostly I just eat black whole grain bread any bread with tee or even a few simplest cookies and it helps after diarrhea vomiting =inflamination bread and tea maybe honey on a second day it helps I don’t believe anyone use inf as knowledge to form my opinion but with Dairy confused for Health and also I am in my healthy weight but got laisy stoped exercising I am still small butt belly fat softer of course and I want to get back in to shape but I crave full fat dairy especially cottage cheese not want crave please do a video on dairy
