  1. I just got home from the hospital. I was in ICU a few days, then a room for the rest of my stay. I'm in quarantine for a few weeks. I'm sepsis with encephalitis and C diff. Lord, I was sick. I wondered how my husband did while I was in the hospital. Julia, he made a few of your recipes. Lol . He said they were very easy and fast. You're a winner, girl! Even my husband can cook your recipes thank you for taking care of him while I was so sick and in the hospital.

  2. Hi, Julia! Each and every one of these easy meals looks absolutely delicious!!! You are such an inspiration, and your sweet and gentle way just makes us all feel right at home with you! Thank you for these wonderful recipes, and all of the hard work you put in to your videos. Sending love and best wishes for you and yours from Texas, Lori ❤😊

  3. I have to tell you I tried the orange chicken. It does great with the pre cooked tenders also. Plus once the tenders are cooked you can use a knife to cut them into smaller chunks. We served ours with rice, and cream cheese wantons with sweet and sour sauce for the wantons. My kids lov3d this. Im going to try the french onion pork chops on my next day off. I have a loin, im going to slice it into medallions and use it in place of the chops. I love the way these recipes are versatile enough that a meat swap is not a hard pass. A change in protein just gives a new dish. ❤

  4. I made the one pot sausage pasta today. It was so super simple to make, delicious and cheap! The three main ingredients (rotini, marinara and sausage) cost a total of $7.50 (I lucked out and got the Italian sausage on clearance for only $2.50). These are all great recipes if you're on a budget and want delicious inexpensive home cooked meals that don't break the bank. Thank you Julia!
