Ingredients for two servings:
1 1/4 cup / 6.5 oz. frozen mango cubes (3 dl / 185 g)*
1 1/4 cup / 6.5 oz. frozen pineapple chunks (3 dl / 185 g)
1/4 cup 100% pineapple juice (1/2 dl)

1. Put all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth


*If you are on the elimination phase of the low-FODMAP diet, use less than 1.5 oz. / 40 g of mango per serving and add more pineapple☺️
