チャンネル登録はこちら🍝 ↓↓↓ https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC9poG8aQWgYvJykq9PXsvoA?sub_confirmation=1 ーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーー 【牡蠣とレタスのアーリオオーリオ】 材料 スパゲッティ 90g 牡蠣 8個 レタス 60g レモンの⽪ 適量 塩 適量 ニンニク 1かけ カラブリア唐⾟⼦ 1本 パセリ 4g EXオリーブオイル ⼤2 作り方 ①牡蠣に塩をし浸透圧で汚れを浮き出し、片栗粉を加え真水で洗って水気をしっかりときっておく。 ②湯に対して1.5%の塩を加えたパスタ湯でスパゲッティを袋表記茹で始める。 ③フライパンにEXオリーブオイルとニンニクのみじん切りと唐辛子を火にかけじっくりと加熱し牡蠣を加え軽く塩をしふっくらするまで加熱し、その後バットに引き上げておく。 ④パセリのみじん切りを加えて火を切っておく ⑤別フライパンで断面に塩をしたレタスを少量のオリーブオイルで香ばしく焼きひを止めたらレモンの皮を擦っておく。 ⑥茹で上がったパスタと保温しておいた牡蠣を加え混ぜ合わせ盛り付ける。 ⑦レタスもバランスよく配置し完成です。 ーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーー #パスタ #ペペロンチーノ #牡蠣のパスタ source
