Low FODMAP Cheese and Chicken Pasta Ingredients List:
75g oyster mushrooms
4 spring onions
40g tomatoes
garlic infused olive oil
1 chicken breast
1 table spoon butter
1 table spoon gluten free plain flour
50 ml lactose free milk
2 table spoons chicken stock
20g lactose free cheddar cheese
pepper
parmesan for serving
gluten free pasta
Low FODMAP Tomato Pasta Ingredients List:
1 teaspoon tomato puree
75g tomatoes I used a mixture of cherry, plum and round tomatoes
spring onion tops
mixed herbs
garlic infused olive oil
1/4 teaspoon sugar
gluten free pasta
Low FODMAP Tomato Pasta Ingredients List:
Handful Basil
5 walnuts
30g parmesan
salt
pepper
garlic infused olive oil
