  1. OK, I did not think this would taste like stroganoff by the spices used, and it didn't. However that doesn't mean it wasn't good. I'm adding it to my list of keto recipes I like and sen it to my daughter. I didn't use tyme (because I don't like it) nor oregano (because I didn't think Italian spices would be good on a german dish). I did use Basil (Because that's not Italian ..right?). I thought from the smell that that would be too much smoked paprika, but it was good. Tho I might reduce that some next time. I used it with cauliflower rice. I doubled the recipe so I would have enough for 3 meals and also one tray to freeze dry for later. Bottom line, I like it! I hope others will too. Thank you for sharing.

  2. Tried the zucchini recently and found it amazing. Whenever I'd dish out a bowl for a meal for myself, I'd heat it up and then add some shredded mozzarella and a little sour cream, and man, it's awesome.

I'm making another batch this evening.

  3. Something to note for those who are new to low carb/keto, Rao's is an important choice because alot of other brands of marinara use alot of sugar in their sauces. You may be able to find another brand that is cheaper and doesnt have alot of sugar as well.

  4. Girrrllll! You are my new friend. I'm new to keto. I made the 2nd dish. It is sooooo delicious! I didn't have the soy beans and I didn't ads cheese. This was first time eating zucchini. Delicious. Thank you so much! I'm more excited now.

  5. Love your beef stroganoff recipe!
I also add a 1/2 cup of heavy cream and throw a bag of shredded cabbage at the end, cover and simmer til soft.
