3 Spring Fruit Smoothie Recipes: Mango Peach, Almond Cocoa, Berry | The Sweetest Journey

Mango Peach:
1 Ripe Peach, Chopped
1 Ripe Mango, Chopped
1 Ripe Banana, Sliced
1 Teaspoon Chia Seeds (4g)
1 1/2 Cups Almond Milk (360ml)

Directions: Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth, about 30 seconds.

| Makes 3 Cups.

Almond Cocoa:
2 Ripe Bananas, Sliced
1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds (12g)
1 Tablespoon Flax Seeds (6.5g)
1 Tablespoon Cocoa Powder (5g)
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
2 Tablespoons Natural Almond Butter, Unsweetened (32g)
1 1/2 Cups Almond Milk (360ml)

Directions: Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth, about 30 seconds.

| Makes 2 Cups.

Berry:
1 Ripe Banana, Sliced
1/2 Cup Blueberries (70g)
1/2 Cup Strawberries, Sliced (70g)
1 Teaspoon Chia Seeds (4g)
1 Tablespoon Natural Peanut Butter, Unsweetened (16g)
1 Cup Almond Milk (240ml)

Directions: Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth, about 20 seconds.
