Ingredients & Process:
2 Eggs
Remove The Yolk
Keep Aside
Beat The Egg Whites
1/2 Cup Sugar ( Add Gradually)
Beat Until Sugar Dissolves
1/4 Cup Oil
Egg Yolk Add One By One
Mix Well
1 Cup Flour
1 Tsp Baking Powder
Sieve
Gradually Add The Flour Mixture
Mix Well
¼ Cup Milk
Mix Well
7 Inch Ovenproof Glass Mould
Grease Oil
Pour Batter
Spread Well
Boil Some Water
Steam For 25-30 Min.
Making Malai:
1/4 Cup Condensed Milk
Cook On Low Heat
Keep Stirring
1/4 Cup Condensed Milk
Cook On Low Heat
Keep Stirring
Cook Until It Turns Golden Brown
1 And 1/2 Cup Milk
Mix Well
Cook For 3-4 Min.
Keep Aside
Cool Down The Cake
Prick With A Stick
Pour Malai
Spread Dry Fruits
Soak For 1-2 Hours
