how does the first recipes didn't reach more than 500 calories just from the chicken tender alone? if it was 100 gram each it would already be 825 calories….
I've made the buffalo chicken pizza and the siracha honey tenders so far, both are really good. I was worried the pizza dough wouldnt hold the toppings after baking but it did pretty well. Only issue i had was spreading the dough onto the parchment, it kept sticking and it wouldnt flatten out as well as yours did.
The siracha honey tenders were great too, but when they were done cooking and i tossed them in the sauce they lost their crunch a bit. I think i need to let them cool a bit before tossing them next time.

Hey! With the chalupa recipe, it’s written as two servings per recipe but only calls for one pita and two pounds of chicken. How many chalupas does the recipe make? It might be hard to fit two pounds of meat in a single Joseph’s pita 😂. Love your content! Thanks for all the recipes.🎉
