  1. Your videos are so helpful❤ I’m definitely going to try these even though I’m not diabetic, but want to keep sugar intake low due to my child’s past history of pre diabetes. Thank goodness it’s no longer in those levels. We have nut allergies in our home so, could you make some peanut butter free recipes in the future?

  2. Hi Shelly you are just too adorable. I love your recipes. I'm 70 years old. Besides being very overweight, I also have a couple of health issues that make me very low energy. Your recipes are quick to make.
P.S. I love what I can see of your kitchen. To me it has a farmhouse vibe.

  3. If it has palm oil or sunflower oil it’s no good for diabetics, no oil at all. No sugar use only 100% maple syrup or unfiltered raw local honey or dates for your sweetener! Stay away from butter. My a1c was 13.8 in 2018 with a blood sugar level of 1800 with whole food and working out my a1c is 5.3 with no meds at all. No skin tags at all no spike insulin levels and I eat white potatoes and white basmati rice. My total cholesterol is 104 you can reverse type 2 diabetes.

  4. I'm a newly diagnosed diabetic. I struggle with candy. I've been buying sugar free candy. Some is not very good. Thank you for making this video! I don't feel like I'll be missing out if I make these. THANK YOU!!!! I LOVE your videos!!!!
