SMOOTHIE #1: SPINACH AND STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE
mix all the following ingredients
• 1 large handful of strawberries, peeled and washed, or you can use raspberries or blackberries
• 1 handful of spinach
• 1 small cucumber, peeled
• 1 stalk of celery
• 5 gr of crushed almonds
• 2 dl of almond milk

SMOOTHIE #2: AVOCADO AND KALE SMOOTHIE
following ingredients you want to mix are:
• 1 piece of avocado by cutting it in half, remove the seed, cut it into quarters and remove the skin, and put the flesh of the avocado in a mixer
• 1/4 head of kale by rinsing the kale leaves under water, drying them with a paper towel and putting the leaves in a blender
• 4 fresh mint leaves
• 3dl of coconut milk
• 1 tablespoon of honey
• 5 grams of crushed hazelnuts
• 5 basil leaves
• 1 handful of cashews, so before putting the nuts in the mixer, you can first soak them in water for about 10 minutes

SMOOTHIE #3: PEACH AND CARROT SMOOTHIE
To prepare this smoothie just mix following ingredients
• 2 larger peaches, peeled, pitted, cut into larger pieces and put in a mixer
• 1 teaspoon of freshly grated ginger
• 2 large carrots
• 2 spoons of honey
• 2 tablespoons of coconut milk
• 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla sugar
• 3 dl of cold water
• 5 g of crushed pistachios

SMOOTHIE #4: CHOCOLATE AND BANANA SMOOTHIE
mix in a mixer
• 2 bananas, peeled and cut into rings
• 2 tablespoons of rolled oats
• 1 teaspoon sweet cream
• 2 tablespoons of oatmeal
• 15 dag of grated chocolate
• 2 dl cold water
• 5 grams of crushed almonds
• 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla sugar
