Sry to inform but studies shows that if you drink something like a fruit juice it would or even a fruit would spike ur glucose level and it will crash soon which makes u hungry later …. If you wanna enjoy eat salad or veg or nuts before drinking …. It will reduce the spike …for more info search glucose spike hack or glucose spike with fruit juice or fruit in YouTube.
