Healthier Dessert Idea: 4-ingredient Chocolate Berry Bark😍

This makes about 5 servings:
about 3/4 cup blueberries (115g)
about 3/4 cup raspberries (100g)
4 oz. / 120 g 80% dark chocolate
handful of chopped hazelnuts

1. Melt the chocolate in the microwave
2. Place the berries onto a cutting board lined with parchment paper
3. Pour the chocolate on top of the berries
4. Top with chopped hazelnuts
5. Let set in the fridge for 1 hour or 30 minutes in the freezer
6. Cut into pieces and enjoy!
7. This lasts in an air tight container in the fridge for a few days or you could also freeze it
