Ingredients for 8 small popsicles:
1 cup strawberries (170 g)
1/2 cup raspberries (65 g)
1/2 cup blueberries (80 g)
juice of 1/2 lemon
optional: 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup/honey
โ€ข
1. Put all the ingredients into blender and mix until smooth
2. Pour into a popsicle molds
3. Let set in the freezer for 3-4 hours
4. Store the popsicles in an air-tight container in the freezer

  2. FINALLY a healthy said recipe that is ACTUALLY healthy. okay strawberries still contain more fruit sugar but compared still little. and the berries as well.
    no added sweets, no added sugarbombs like banana etc.
