  1. I went and bought everything and I am afraid I’m going to throw it away 😤. Prosciutto IS salty, pecorino IS salty (first time trying it) and she calls for salty water for the pasta; in my opinion, this is unbeatable. Maybe if you don’t salt the pasta water and add tons of broccoli.

  2. Wow! This was actually really good! I was really craving pasta and planned on making a carbonara for dinner but I had run out of guanciale so I looked in my fridge and I did have prosciutto. So I ended up just searching a quick recipe online and found this!
