1. Spinach Pasta with Roasted Garlic
Ingredients:
400g spinach
6–7 garlic cloves
Olive oil
200g pasta
1 tbsp cream cheese
Parmesan cheese (to taste)
Salt & black pepper
Walnuts (optional)
Instructions:
Roast garlic with olive oil at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes.
Blanch spinach in hot water for 10 minutes, then drain.
Cook pasta.
Blend spinach, roasted garlic, and cream cheese until smooth.
Cook sauce for 5 minutes, season, then mix with pasta.
Serve with Parmesan & walnuts.
2. Quick Tomato Cream Pasta
Ingredients:
200g pasta
4–5 garlic cloves
300g canned tomatoes
Olive oil
Oregano, salt, black pepper
2 tbsp cream cheese
Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions:
Cook pasta and set aside.
Sauté garlic in olive oil, add tomatoes.
Season with oregano, salt, pepper.
Stir in cream cheese until smooth.
Toss pasta in sauce and garnish with parsley.
3. Avocado Pasta with Cold Avocado Sauce
Ingredients:
200g pasta
1 ripe avocado
Walnuts & fresh basil
2 garlic cloves
Olive oil (optional)
Black pepper
Parmesan & chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions:
Cook pasta and cool slightly.
Blend avocado, walnuts, basil, garlic, olive oil, and pepper until creamy.
Toss pasta with avocado sauce.
Serve with Parmesan & walnuts.
4. 3-Ingredient Creamy Onion Pasta
Ingredients:
200g penne pasta
3 onions (1 white, 2 red)
5–6 garlic cloves
2 tbsp cream cheese
Salt, black pepper, nutmeg
Olive oil
Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions:
Cook pasta and set aside.
Sauté onions in olive oil until soft, add garlic.
Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
Blend onions with cream cheese to make sauce.
Mix with pasta, add parsley garnish if desired.
