Veg Cheese Melt Sandwich 🥕🫑🧀🍞

Ingredients :
2tbsp Boiled Sweet Corn
2tbsp Onion
2tbsp Cucumber
2tbsp Tomato
2tbsp Carrot
1/2tsp Salt
1/2tsp Black Pepper Powder
1tbsp Sugar or as per taste
1/4 Cup Mayo or as required
Slice Bread
Tomato Sauce
Cheese Slice
Butter

Method :
1. In a bowl, add boiled corn, chopped veggies,salt, pepper, sugar and mayo. Mix well.
2. Apply tomato sauce on slice bread. Place the filling on it. Place a cheese slice on it and close the sandwich.
3. Melt some butter on a tawa and toast the bread on both sides till light golden brown.
4. Cut it into triangles or rectangles and enjoy.
